known draining apps

I think we should start a Apps Known to Drain Battery List, so that we have a running list and/or updates if those ever get fixed. Also, they have to be uninstallable apps otherwise the list is worthless, because everyone will obviously say factory reset. If anyone has a tip as to how to reduce battery drain for a particular app could post here.
