Keyboard issues

Keyboard constantly changing back to stock this last few days.
Right now i am running SwiftKey x. But it constantly changes back under input methods in settings. I make sure I have SwiftKey x checked in both spots. Any suggestions? Running 5.9.901

At the risk of sounding Windowsish, have you tried rebooting? Anytime I've seen my phone doing something unexpected, a reboot usually resolves it. Or did you want to actually identify the cause? Could be Swiftkey is not yet compatible with 901.
