Keyboard issues? opens other apps?

My wife yesterday started having problems with her ally and sometimes happends on occasion when she goes to press certain hard keys other apps on the phone open up? has this happend to anyone else with the ally?

believe i found the fix, mods can you delete this topic?

my girlfriends ally does the same thing. what was the fix you think you found. she usually has to shut the phone off and on or pull the battery and it will stop

problem is they "accidentally" hit the search button when sliding the phone open either the one on the screen or the actual keyboard one and when they do that the keyboard goes into shortcut keys and Y opens Youtube and so on and so forth they just need to hit the search key again a few times to reset it.
