Key board rotating

I have noticed when using some programs and apps that when you try to use the keypad i beleive in landscape the keypad board does not turn. Is this a common problem with different apps or is there a setting that would correct this.

Some apps are not programmed to rotate. Normal behavior. You could email the developer and ask for that feature in a future update.
