One, installed ROM, kernel, etc on a clean slate by factory data reset, just cleaning up the phone in general. Two, Ultimate Juice (amazing app, which I have highly customized). Three, Battery Calibration. 31 hours and counting at 47%. I can take a screen shot too to prove it if you'd like.

yea...wipe cache and dalvik and reflash

extract the folder of icons and put on the root of your sd card...assign them using launcher of your choice or bettercut
