Keeping unlimited data...

I think I am going to be a day 1 purchaser of this phone...currently running a droid 2 with unlimited data.

My question though is, will upgrading to a 4g phone move me to the tiered plan? I went through the process of upgrading to a droid charge on the VZW website (stopping just short of actually doing it of course) and I hit a page where it said I had to change my data plan.

The one that was selected was worded weird..."unlimited web browsing/email"

Then the others were data package (2GB limit, ect)

Is that unlimited plan what I have now, or is it one of those stupid e-mail only type deals?

It's the same unlimited. They don't differentiate between 4g and 3g, so you'll keep your unlimited data.

you will be grandfathered into the unlimited plain as long as you never cut off your data plain for anything at all...if oyu ever cut it off you will loose the unlimited
