IC3 or IC3BR3AD? Are you referring to the Notification text in the pull down shade?

Not sure what you mean?? Unless you are stock with FULL Bloat... You will not get the OTA.

Simply AWESOME !!!!! running build 4 from Tweet,, and even did 2 other phones and they love it,, one of them doesnt want the final cause they are so happy,, I DL'd the final and will be offline for a few

I have stock forever root on my SD card when the OTA hits was gonna go back get it then come back unless you are gonna incorporate it in a rom.

After a reboot I've had apps that were deleted each time. Seems no one else has had this issue though. Also, I use touchdown for my work email and my license key doesn't show up in the market anymore. Thoughts?
