I used the tool all set again it says I am on 5.5.886 but since we have locked bootloaders and I got the update before I messed up then that means I am really on 5.5.893 correct? I am still foreveroot I ckd. also it says I can still get the update threw download. So I can just hold off if it doesnt do much anyway. I knew they were blowing smoke with that update. Going back to rom as we speak. Thanks again

Where can we get this? Im stuck in stock right now. I used Dhackers fastboot and restore and once i try to root my phone again, it does let me. Its stops after the third reboot.

I just did it and it worked perfect at the end when your phone reboots it asks you if you want to foreveroot you press key then it forever roots it worked perfect. Maybe try again and read at end.

Somehow, it keeps saying error: device offline. (Im using the released root) It cant install busy box and super user. any ideas?

Might wanna check you have the box checked in the development section under applications. I've made that mistake before.

I checked it and tried the root process through zergRush. An error comes up when I tries installing super user, it doesn. It also says restarting as root and it doesnt do anything. Am I suppose to have it set to Charge Only mode like it tells me too or USB transfer/ storage?

It should be charge only, I would push that system.img again. Mine was acting stupid last night. Said it rooted and forever rooted but couldn't get the su.apk to open and was Fc on me. So I just pushed the file again and the webtop grfs.img as well.

I couldnt see if my phone was in charge it asked in the begining if you were bricked or whatever I said yes and away it went. The only thing Im not sure of now is what kernel and radio Iam on I did the update before this happened and when I was stock rootedforever before I came back here it said update was available I didnt take it. My phone says 5.5.886 but dont know if it is because locked bootloader unless released pushes you back

Okay it worked this time. I noticed that there was a V2 of the R3l3as3dRoot so I tried it with that and I got super user. Now ima check if it successfully forever rooted and then i get the OTA, then Kin3tx!!
