Now when you say "uninstalled" the bloatware, does that mean you froze it using a debloat app? Hopefully yes, because generally it's not a good idea to delete any bloat, always either rename it or freeze it.
Now if you did just freeze it, then all you have to do is unfreeze everything and use the one click unroot method then you can send it back with no problem. Hope this helps.
It is much easier and safer to just freeze or rename the bloatware than completely removing it. But yes it can be reinstalled. Did you make back-ups of what you removed???
