Thanks to HOB, I was able to upgrade to the OTA and root my bionic. I am trying to enable the Hot Spot Tether but it will not turn on. What am i missing, i thought rooting was supposed to allow me to turn it on. Also, what bloatware can I now uninstall?

Are you talking about the stock hotspot app? That requires an SQL hack to work. You can however use alternative apps like FoxFi.

As for bloatware it isn't recommended to uninstall it as the updates normally want them and will fail without them. You can however disable them in the apps section in settings.

Pretty much anything. Just go through them and click on the disable button. If you don't see one you may need to uninstall update. Just remember some things may not work correctly with certain apps disabled. For example if you disable the photo gallery you can't view recent photos from the stock camera app.

The HoB FAQ has a good list of bloatware that's safe to disable. I would start there.
