Jorta Calendar not syncing correctly.

I installed Jorte, set it to sync with my google calendar. At first it seemed OK. I created another calendar in google for bdays, and it showed up on my phone. But as of right now I can't get anything else to show up. I have my wife's google account syncing with my own. So in gmail I have access to both calendars and if she adds anything to hers, it is shown on mine. Also her account shows up in my "Calendars" on my phone. If I put something on my phone's calendar it WILL show up on google. But if I put something in google it will NOT show up on my phone.
Options ->
Calendar = Google Calendar
Choose Calendar = All 3 are checked(my own, my wife's, and the bday one)
default calendar = my own(i can choose any of those 3 + PC Sync. I have tried all of them)

I also set Jore to auto sync every 5minutes(for now), and don't see anything!

Any help would be appreicated. I'm about to just uninstall anything calendar and start over.

i cleared cache, which removes all settings, redid the calendar then forced my phone to sync w/gmail and it's working now. tested a few entries. seems flakey, hopefully it doesn't stop working anytime soon.
