JellyBean for RAZR Maxx

I have ICS and I'm rooted and running .215 update. Would love to switch to JB and keep root...how can it be done?? Please if there's a thread already about this please point me in tha right direction.

Keep in mind root is now available for JB.. so you don't have to keep it from ICS.
