Jelly bean update

Works awesomely major improvement so far but no Circle Widget hum? Screen seams crisper and more responsive. A lot less lag.
Download Air push
before shut down copy from root cache folder to external sd card.
Boot into AP (hold pwr+vol up/dwn)
select recovery then
Wait for android boot animation to load
Select install update from external source
Select update
Presto use voodoo ota root keeper to reroot
Enjoy.

Can I do this from .215? If not how can I get back to .211?

Same question here. Anyone?

No, this will not install over either .214 or .215. The file name (Blur_Version.6.16.211.XT912.Verizon.en.US.zip), has the version number that it will work with in the filename. Any attempts to install on any other version will fail. Likewise, even if you are on .211 but deleted any of the pre-installed apps, the update will fail. You must be in a fully working, stock .211 OS for this update to work.

Getting back to stock .211 can be accomplished by using the Droid RAZR Utility by Matt L Groff, found here (Droid Razr Utility 1.82 [Windows] For Verizon Droid Razr And Droid Razr Maxx Only - DroidRzr.com). The first link for the download is by registration only, but the second link is completely free and will start immediately. Once you download the utility, you'll also need to make sure you have the proper drivers installed on your computer. Then run the utility and follow directions in that thread to flash back to .211. If you are rooted or wish to root and retain root once you update, you'll need to also install the Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper from the menu and then run it, protect root, then temp-unroot before installing Jelly Bean. Then you can install the new Jelly Bean update (if you wish). Once Jelly Bean is fully installed and working properly, you will run the Rootkeeper again and restore root.

Remember, proceed at your own risk.

Im completely stock, currently on .211. I downloaded and installed the update via recovery. I received no errors, and rebooted accordingly. Nothing is different, and still have android 4.0 version .211...anyone have any guesses?

That's strange.

Your "About phone" page should look like the one below;

I agree. Everything went smooth. I erased cache and such, but nothing is different at all except my cache got wiped, lol. Heres my about phone though.

Dammit. I can't get Matt's Utility to work; drivers will not install and I can't get then from Motorola's website. Am I screwed? Is there a .182 sideload?
