JB v ICS Data Flow Indicators Question

I dearly like the little white / blue up - down data flow indicators under my 3G (I'm in the sticks) indicator so I know when stuff is actually moving in ICS.

A few months back I flashed some JB roms and didn't see that type of indicator, but hey, they were not even close to stock ROMs.

Anyone know if stock JB has something like that, native?

Some of the JB ROMs I've used have the arrows inside (superimposed on) the signal strength bars. They are very hard to see most of the time. I like the stock ICS style, personally.
