I know you've probably got all of your apps installed and setup now, but the best way to isolate the issue and figure out exactly what app it's coming from is to uninstall all of them (this is most easily done by doing a factory reset from the main settings menu) and slowly re-install them, giving each app enough time to get setup and running. Hopefully, then you'll be able to pinpoint it to the app.
I can't say that I've ever seen a Java.net error on an android device and I've been using them since 2008, but I'm also not familiar with Profimail, so I'm thinking it's got to be an issue with the coding in an app and/or how it's attempting to access the information it's supposed to access.
If you'd rather start smaller than uninstalling all apps, I'd uninstall Profimail and see if that gets rid of the issue, then it's a matter of trying to figure out how/why it's giving those errors if it's the culprit.
If you moved to the Tab 4 because the Tab 2 was having these same errors, I definitely wouldn't recommend copying too much over too soon because, again, it'll be easier to figure out where the problem lies by adding things one by one and observing them.
Bottom line, though I've already pretty much said it, sounds like it's more of an issue with a certain app (or maybe more than one) having java troubles, so we'll need to figure out which one(s) it is before we can try to figure out why they're doing it and how to fix it and/or get you in touch with the developer of the affected app(s) in the hopes that they still support it and can help with the issue.
