?! not loud enough?! wtf?? my speaker phone is dumb loud. lol i think you have a bad speaker or something beacouse you should be complaining that the speaker is too loud lmao.

maybe you could try turning up the volume? audiomanager is a fast free program from market that lets you adjust different volumes easily.

put ur ear up to the phone as if you were making a call and see if the sound is coming out of the phone speaker. This happened to me one time. Fixed it with a quick reboot.
