Issues with scrolling

Hey, I just got my droid 2 at the beginning of december and I love the hell out of it. However, I find that when I look at a picture or various websites in the browser, the phone won't allow me to scroll down until I pinch-zoom in on the page a little bit. Then scrolling is fine. It's annoying though because often the page is the right size, or the picture is already large, and having to zoom in makes it difficult to use the sites or see the pictures. Also, if I zoom in, then scroll down, then zoom back out, it pops me back up to the top of the page with scrolling locked again. Is this a glitch or a setting I need to change?

i have noticed it from time to time. it doesnt really seem to bother me tho, since i usually zoom in first anyways

I don't think i've had this issue. have you tried another browser like Dolphin?

Didn't work. Dolphin is great so I'm happy I downloaded it anyway but I'm still having the same problem.

thats too bad. hmm, i'm just not sure what to do about it since i've never had that problem.
