Issues with M8 after Lollipop Update

My daughters M8 has been having issues since the Lollipop update. Losing connections and rebooting. I already done a Factory reset. The phone worked fine until yesterday it did a Factory reset on it's own. Are any of you having any problems or issues after the update?

It did a fdr on its own??? After you already did one?.. Ok.. Odd.. After doing and fdr if you're having issues.. I'd call your provider and let em know that their update borked your device..
I've never heard of a device doing an fdr on its own.. That'd be weird... Hope you get a better working device..
