issue with LexLite 4.1

i flashed lexlite4.1 and the dx/d2 converter and cant get the marklet to download apps without the phone rebooting any ideas???

are you sure you used the right dx/d2 converter???

if you have an issue with installing apps from market or sd
either to a wipe from stock recovery
OR go to setting/privacy/factory data reset

then installs work fine

After a factory reset - the task switcher no longer is there to set up and the Home button does not work at all. However, I was able to install apps from Market and SD card.

get moto home fix from market see if that fixes your home issue

Try this, (had to do this on one of squidleys roms)

Boot into clockwork
Wipe data factory reset
Install lexlight
Install porter
Boot into stock recovery before the initial boot into the rom
Wipe data factory there
Boot into rom
Let all of your apps install
Boot into clockwork
Install lexlight without wiping
Install porter again without wiping


It's a long process but it should work.

how do i get into stock rocovery? tried holeing x then search button but it didnt work

once you get to the triangle android guy you will have to hit both vol buttons at same time instead of search key

Instructions in the changelog. I turned on the ability to have little close boxes next to running apps only so I just long press search, choose perfect task switcher and slide through and touch to go to app or touch close box to end the running app.

Frankly, the phone seems to manage tasks pretty well on it's own with just a long press of the Home button to quickly jump around the last 8 apps (way more than I typically use at once).

well i guess mine just dont work....i set it up but it does nothing when i long press search or home
