Isssue on Sapphire 1.1.0

I'm having an issue with tasker not working...

Care to expound on this?

can you guys tell me what is the difference in renaming the zip file to update.zip instead of going through the recovery menu into the sdcard and install a specific zip file that has not been renamed update.zip?

I have installed things without renaming to update.zip and I havent noticed a difference...

SPRecovery requires it to be named update.zip. ClockWork does not. That's it...the only difference.

To somewhat add to that question....if I take one of my backups from ROM manager and rename it "update.zip" then SPR will recognize it?

If you are talking about a nandroid backup then, No it won't, SPR backups only work with SPR and CW backups only work with CW

If you're talking about the 1.1 Rom download then yes it will
