is this bad for your phone

ok im wondering if its ok to install and uninstall roms on and off you know trying them out to see what you really want. i know this is a plus for a user because u get to know what each rom has different but can this really affect your phone in any way or form?

ok cool, yeah i have like 5 backups since i first started but i was just trying to make sure that trying different roms did not have any bad effects on the system and its hardware. i say this because i have had issue with electronics, like my pc for example overclocking and other things has pretty much damage my pc over the years i have had it so thats why i asked. thanks for the input i appreciate it.

Overclocking is one thing....since you are making the processor work harder then it was intended too.

But installing ROMs is nothing different than installing the OS on your computer.

k i really try not to overclock my dx cpu i underclock, thats why when i was in the military they always told me there never a stupid question lol so i always try to ask no matter how stupid it might be. rather be safe than sorry :icon_ banana:

Better safe than sorry ;)

On that note.....I overclock my X to 1.45ghz, the max....runs stable (for me) and Im not worried about it :)
