Is there any way to convert outlook 2003 to outlook 2007

I wanted to know the how to convert outlook 2003 to outlook 2007. I have all my important mails and contacts in outlook 2003. I want to convert to 2007 is there anyway to get all my mails and contacts to 2007 from 2003.

Um, is this a serious question? Purchase an upgrade license? Should preserve your data. Or export as .pst and .csv files from Outlook 2003 and import into Outlook 2007.

Outlook migration can be done using third party tools. This tool migrate all the components of Outlook such as mails, tasks, appointments etc and also take regular Outlook email backup.
Download the tool and migrate Outlook from 2003 to 2007.
