i know some app can overclock the cpu but it need root the droid, but do we have any app else can oc without root?

if not, last question, if i root my droid, can i fallback to previous condition? or i can still keep it for my phone warranty?

No, you can not OC without root. There is a thread on how to go back to completely stock like you were before rooting. The only reason that you may want to do that is if you have an issue and need to return it.
