Is there an app like this?

I want to stream my itunes library to my phone over wifi.
Whenever I look that up on the market it just gives me an app that downloads them all to my phone which I can't do because I have over 500 songs and I already have a million pictures on my sd card.
So can I just stream it over wifi instead of downloading them?
I know jam11 does that but it stopped working and I didn't really like it anyways. So is there anything like jam11?

It's been awhile since I used it, but I believe Gmote allows you to stream media. At least it used to

I do like this app myself. Subsonic is another alternative.
