IS there a way to run NFL mobile app on a different network?

i will be switching to tmobile unfortunately, to a dealer line, will save me financially, but i love verizon, so i was wondering if its possible to hack nfl app to run on tmobile, vibrant to be specific?

Also would the same app still work even on my droid 2 with no service but on wi fi?
