is there a calendar that can set audio alarm that continues till dismissed

Is there a calendar that can set some appointments as as alarm alerts

Currently I have a name alarm app that I have to manually set an appointment same day to remind me and it alerts until I click dismiss. I would like to be able to add some appointments to my calendar that do the same thing and maybe choose custom tones or even a voice recording that says what the meeting is. Is there an app that can do this
