Is the USB still charging after I turn my Droid off?

And my Youtube keep crashing itselft to the home screen when I launch it. Does any one have the same problem? How to fix it?

If its plugged into a wallcharger your Droid should come back on if you turn it off almost immediately.

And no I haven't had that YouTube problem. Are you running any ROMs or anything that could screw something up like that?

I'm running stock ROM. But I'm going to root it today.

Sorry, what I meant was when charging form PC using USB.
