Is the JB OTA out yet?

Simple question. Does anyone know if the official JB OTA has been released? I've already installed the JB leak from XMAS Eve. A comment on another thread made me believe that it's out. Maybe the user meant the leak, possibly. I know the official OTA is due out sometime in Q1 (anywhere from Jan. 1 -> Mar. 31).
