Is Matts' All in one PACKAGE up-to-date for a brand new RAZR MAXX XT912?

I received a replacement RAZR MAXX XT912. So, it is completely virgin. I used this utility last year and it worked great. I am ready to do it again, and want to know if there has been any changes. Is this process still recommended today?
