what are you guys using to connect to the irc channel? I am having problems getting connected from my pc, but would really like to see what this is about, and I have a few questions that asking in the irc would be much easier. (I am a noob to irc)

try xchat for a client. free, available for both win and linux

Hey, how come I can't connect to this server using my android irc app?

Im new to irc but whenever i try & connect i get "socket invalid" any ideas.

For those who don't already know, we have an IRC channel on Freenode! The server info is:

Server: irc.freenode.net
Port: 6667
Channel: #cvpcs

Stop in and say hi! Ask a question! Look for help! See what's happening! Talk about something completely unrelated to android! It doesn't really matter, it's IRC... anything pretty much goes ><

irc://irc.freenode.net/cvpcs
