If you get the app speedtest.net you will not only be able to test your connection speed but see your internal and external IP.

Just ran several speed tests from 2 diff apps on the 4g lte net, results are less than 2 meg down, average 0.05 up. That is the worst. My wifi is getting 21meg down, 4 up. What gives with 4g?
