My phone (not hacked only updated almost a year ago) screen went blank when I tried to wake it up.
I couldn't do anything, so naturally I tried a battery pull. When it switched on, the motorola symbol was off center (on the left side of the screen) and after a few seconds it disappeared and the backlight started pulsing. So I did it again with the same result. I eventually waited and it made a boot up sound, i could connect to the memory card via usb.
I cannot factory reset as the screen won't work past the first logo. I could try if someone runs me through how to do it blind (ie press volume down 3 times then enter twice etc.).
Help?
