I have an Incredible at 2.2 with Unrevoked 3 rooted phone and this morning i got the exciting news to update to 2.3.4. I first created a backup using Clockwork Mod and tried to update. It said at the bottom that it was rebooting, and did nothing for quite awhile. I thought it was froze up so I rebooted the phone and now I have no updates available and still stuck at 2.2. Any suggestions?
