In silent mode, can one phone number ring?

My girlfriend and I work opposite schedules often. I will be asleep until the afternoon. I keep my phone on silent mode so as not to be disturbed. I don't want to miss her calls in case of an emergency. Are there any settings I can adjust or Apps available so her number will ring?

tasker can do this. set up a profile that turns on silent mode when you want it to be on (whether its time or plugged in or calendar event) then have an exception profile that is based on her number that will turn the volume on high
