It has to be on this forum but search comes up with everything else, so can you tell me the steps to get some photos from PC to my Bionic?

There are a couple of ways, if you are moving a large quantity connect your phone to your pc with a usb cord and select in your phones notification select usb connection and then usb mass storage. Motorola media link should open on your pc and you can manage from there. Or two external storages will show up, one is your phones memory and the other is your sd card you can drag and drop (copy and paste) to where you want the pictures.
If you only want to move a couple pictures you can can connect via blue tooth and send that way.
Or even better for just a few pictures use zumocast it works awesome!

I use Dropbox on pc & bionic. Use the "export" function on Bionic Dropbox to move to SD card. App will let you choose where to put the files on SD card

If you have a wifi connection, AirDroid from the Play Store works good.

Tapped from a Galaxy Nexus using Xparent ICS

Just to add one more thing, you can put your photos in different files and most gallery apps, like QuickPics will find them.
