Import vCard file

When I go to contacts/menu there is no option noted for import/export. No button for it at all. How do u get to somewhere that gives you the option to import from sim card?

Import/export

I have a new DroidX. I want to import a vCard file from the sim card. The phone has no import/export choice when i go to contacts/menu. No import/export option appears.
