Im a noob. I can't connect via Phone Portal :(

Hi everyone. Merry Christmas.

I recently purchased my Motorola Spice from Mobilicity. So far I love my phone, but i got one semi-major problem.

I tried connecting it to my MacBook via Wifi and i just can't seem to go to the given IP andress on any of my browser. Safari, Firefox and chrome all says that they can't find the server andres.

Is anyone having a similar problem?

Welcome! Sorry you are having problems. I'm not familiar with your particular phone. I have a rooted Droid which I connect to my MacBook Pro on a regular basis. This does require having a rooted device. I do use Chrome to phone as well. I'm not sure if you need to have a rooted phone but I think not.
