Yep, best I can figure is that the phone likes to be on wifi instead of data if there is a wifi signal it knows is available.

thanks as i have wirless rougter in house had unlimited everything with t mobile but louse coverage

4G and the bars are still in the display, but they grey out while the wifi signal is on, and grey indicates connection but not on a specific network.
