If i Root my Razr will it Void my Warranty?

So if I root my Droid Razr it will not affect the processing power, speed (unless I over/under clock), or anything else other than give me more control over my phone?

I think they want to keep you'r business. I have sent a few back Rooted to Verizon and nothing happened. It's all about the 2 year contract roping you in.

After sending in my rooted, unlocked, and rommed gnex nothing happened except me getting a CLNR. I have also done the same with a few bionics I had.

I certainty wouldn't make a habit of telling people it's ok to do that. It's up to the carriers discretion as to whether or not they'll honor a warranty on a rooted phone. If you're smart enough to root your phone, you SHOULD be smart enough to return it to stock before sending it in for service or replacement handset.

I never said it was OK. And FYI I couldn't unroot a few because of hardware issues. Just saying I was OK not its OK.
