I am looking for a program that can read my e-mails or SMS messages and respond if it sees keywords. In other words, if the program can see a word "important", or whatever I decide it can than call my phone.

Im not sure if this will work, you can try call filter from the market..

"Call Filter" is a number blocker. I need to have the phone call an unanswered call after a few minutes.

A program called Droid Locator will do what you are wanting. You set your "password" and you can have someone text it, or email the password to your phone, and it will ring, even if it is on vibrate, it will ring.

P.S. Lost my phone in the house one day... couldn't find it for the life of me. Sat down, sent myself a e-mail, to my number using the method
yournumberhere@vzwpix.com
Subject was my password

And it lit my phone up, it was ringing, and started yelling the personal message you can put in Droid Locator.... nice app.

Thats pretty cool Coots but cant wave secure pretty much do something similar?

Edit: Nevermind just does lock/alarm all at once still would work tho.
