There could be some truth to this as the latest leak was "release candidate", supposedly... plus it matches pretty closely with the timeframe they were shooting for. Hopefully it's true!

I posted a thread a few days ago "new announcement email recieved", in which the site administrator for the htc rezound forum sent out basically the same announcement by email on Mar. 24th, but it said it started rolling out the very next day like someone else just said. Why would they get us all hot and bothered for nothing. Rude! so I'm crossing my fingers that its true. There is a small part of me that is worried that it will screw up my phone somehow for the worse.

Statistically, it IS possible that it's started rolling out, and nobody who cares/knows anything about forums has received it yet. Just sayin...
