I believe most people will see it tom. Definitely expect to hear a lot of ppl receiving the update Mon.

For all the people that supposedly got the ics, does it affect battery on the og razr ? Does it improve it? Mess it up? Or stay same?

Not really run ics for almost 2 weeks on leak they had on may and now the one that soak aka ota rollout.

Performance is the same as gingerbread in my opinion.

A few extra tweaks and sideload ics camera from rom so i can use animation in camera on video and panorama .

Face unlock is alright

Developer option is nice no more cm rom

Take it from me (one if the soak testers) you will not get it tomorrow. The soak will run at least through tomorrow.

Was anybody able to root the latest ics. Since I got ics installed, I am unable to get the computer to see the Razr, so that I can root it via the utility.

Actually, it will see it to transfer files, only.
Just 1.6 and 1.7 utility programs won't see it.

Did u make sure it was set to charge only and not mass storage or any of the other options?

1.7 was able to root my RAZR just fine. Although I have to say I'm not sure why I did it. With the ability to freeze bloat and take screenshots without root there really isn't a need, for me anyway.

Waiting for the first ota reports...... I couldn't believe how this place lit up with the soak. Are the servers gonna be up for handling it when the masses start getting it?
