Does anyone know if there is an option to disable the vibration on the lock screen?
Yeah, good luck with that one. That was the single most annoying thing when I had the leak installed. I found no solution.

I'm pretty sure they are referring to the processes, information and communications that was used in the "private community" of the Motorola Feedback that was being used by the soakers......Do note, the second sentence below. That would mean that soakers are encouraged to go on public sites and now help those that will be getting ICS, work through the problems that we have experienced. I haven't noticed anyone discussing any of the information that was being shared in "the private community".
Please remember that the processes, information and communications shared during this soak test are confidential and not to be shared outside of this private community.
However, we do hope you will return to the public RAZR/RAZR Maxx community -- here and on other sites -- and help your fellow owners make the transition to Ice Cream Sandwich.
Everyone who has the leak! or is part of the soak test! needs to stop posting that they have the OTA!!

Chances are, you'll see the pop up on-screen before the notification in the notification bar. Either way, the notification will have a very different icon in the notification bar, which you'll likely look at due to it being out of the ordinary.
Don't worry, when it comes through, you won't miss it.

You did post part of the confidential email above, and have been talking about the email, both of which are sharing specific information on the communications of the soak. What they want you to do is to go help and not talk about anything involved in the soak process, including the emails. I've been doing this since the original Droid, so I know all about the process, including the fact that non-soak testers get the update during the soak. It happens all the time. It's nothing new. And of course, they're free to talk about it. But I'm not referring to that. I'm referring to people who were a part of the soak test sharing what is supposed to be confidential information.
