ICS issue?

Just downloaded ICS for my maxx with verizon and I am not getting the option to toggle off my 4G LTE and use just 3G/CDMA. 4G where i live isnt that strong and I dont want my battery to drain but dont understand why when I updated to ICS it is no longer giving me the option to toggle my 4G. Anyone else having this issue?

Try the phone info app. Free from Google Play. I also read on XDA that someone used the minimalistic text app to create a 4g/3g widget for the phone info app. Good Luck.
