Already stuck on fastboot, what happened?

I wonder if you have to be on ICS to use this, or if you can use it (and upgrade to ICS) if you're on GB 219.

I just used it to upgrade from GB 219 and it seems to work fine

So it seems like if you're on GB 219 and use RSDLite to flash ICS it works.
