Just curious what do people do when their battery will no longer take a good charge? Do you have to send it to Moto to get a new battery? How long does that take? When they told me you could not replace the battery that was a reason not to get the Maxx.

I was on the fence between the maxx and the gnex considering all I've had were nexus phones prior... the hyped battery was why I got it because on every rom, every kernel (rooted) there was always the dilemma on how to increase battery life. Figured I would give the maxx a go. Not so sure anymore, especially since the nexus s got jelly bean last night!!! Moto is sooooooooo behind it's not even funny. Probably won't see a stock jb until next year.

Hopefully that will be before the warranty is up... wait I believe I pay for extended warranty so I good to go for a while ... right before it expires I think my battery may cease to charge.

The battery should last 2 years.. but if it fails within a year.. its a warranty issue, other than that.. the device would need to be sent into moto.. I believe the price of battery replacement is 50$. If I recall correctly.
DROID RAZR MAXXIMIZED!!!! PREPARE TO BE VANQUISHED!!!

Just did a hard factory reset through the recovery menu yesterday afternoon.
Initially, I had done a reset through the phones privacy settings right when i got ICS. Phone still didnt last any more than 18 hours without wifi. With the new reset, this charge im getting close to 32 so far (28% left). It's great. I think the main difference was doing the FDR in the recovery menu. Quite happy with the results. Light/Moderate usage (pandora and some streaming) on this charge.

When I did it a couple weeks ago I did both, from privacy settings and from recovery. Wiped everything and started with a clean slate. Been awesome ever since.
Just burned it down to 10% to plug in and charge overnight. Watching netflix for an hour and a half or so did the trick. Gonna do the battery meter training now.
It looks like you hardly used the phone though and your down to 10%. And i dont know if your using 3G all the time, but if you are...that graph isnt impressive at all.
