Actually, this link says no such thing. It doesn't specify the schedule at all for Droid 4; but from reading the table, it's clear that it will be no earlier than 2012 Q3.

You may see it by the end of 2012. For all the USA devices, they are only in the "planning and development" stage. Still, we can all hope for earlier release!!

+1 if you look at the chart...the droid 4 is still in phase 1 of development for ICS...something tells me they might not make that Q3 deadline.
