Icons are grey on my LG V20 mobile. Anybody can tell me how to get colors back?

I'm not sure what may be causing that, or what the solution is. I just wanted to say...Wow, you own a lot of phones. So far you have asked for help related to all of the phones below, very impressive.

is it all of them or just a few of them? if just a few, is it apps that you installed or a combination. did you try restarting your phone?
