Icon issues, Launcher Pro

Alright, so the other day I restarted my phone and every icon or widget was gone. I was confused and decided that I would post later about it, and rebuilt my screen. So today I restart it and suddenly all the apps on my previous desktop are underneath my newly arranged app icons. Launcher pro is going nuts and force closing, and there is just chaos on my phone. I have autoapporganizer, but I don't know of anything else that might conflict with something like that...

Any ideas?

Sounds like the apporganizer app is messing with it. Are you rooted and running a custom ROM?
