I uninstalled an app, and it's still on my downlods list.

I uninstalled a free app, it's still on my download list, it doesn't say it's downloaded, but its on my list anyways.

I cleared market cache and everything. It's annoying.

Had the same problem. I couldn't do anything, whether re-install or open. Only a wipe helped.

I wiped mine, i just got it and only had a few apps, I can get them back easily.

If there is a next time, instead of a factory reset reinstall the app and delete it. That solves that issue.

again, reinstall the app and then delete if from the phone (manage applications/menu/filter/downloaded/choose app and delete)
